Sides of Me keeps career facts you own. You decide what goes in, who may confirm a fact, and which hiring team may see it.

What a referee receives

When you ask someone to confirm one fact, we email them that fact, your name, and a link, and we store the name and work email you entered. On the confirm page they can agree or decline before a confirmation is recorded. Confirming lets you share that fact with a hiring team you choose. Declining adds no confirmation.

What a hiring team sees

A hiring team sees a fact only when you share it, for a reason and a time you set. You can take it back. You can see how a fact was checked: you wrote it, someone you asked confirmed it, or someone else checked it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your facts. We do not let a hiring team see something you did not choose to share. Login links, referee asks, and messages from the contact page are the email this release sends.
